Compass, the property technology company, announced it offers merged with Avenue Properties, a luxury broker serving Seattle and the Eastside. By building Avenue Properties Seattle outfit, Compass’ Seattle team is continuing to grow to 225 agents.
Avenue Properties began in 2016 by Bob Bennion, Bob Deville, Tere Foster, Moya Skillman, Mary P. Snyder and Evan Wyman. They’ve been an excellent residential brokerage while in the Seattle Area. Avenue will continue to expand to back up their luxury real estate investment clients across three offices in Seattle, Bellevue, and Kirkland.
